Shipping Times:

We will pop your order in the post for you within 2 working days of your purchase. NZ orders will be delivered via NZPost - this will take up to 3 working days. International orders will be delivered in 3 - 10 working days.

Returns

Please email us at info@knots.co.nz and let us know what you are returning and your reasons. Returns from our online store will be accepted when:

  1. Items were purchased in the last 14 days
  2. Proof of purchase is provided
  3. Items are unworn, undamaged and unmarked
  4. Items are in their original condition and their original packaging

You are responsible for the costs of returning any item(s) to us. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Once received by us, we will inspect and process the refund back to your PayPal account within 1-2 working days.

Faulty Items

If for any reason you receive a faulty item please contact us at info@knots.co.nz. You’ll need to let us know your transaction number and explain the fault. We will happily send you a replacement if we have one in stock, or if you prefer we will refund your faulty item. We will endeavour to have your refund processed within 48 hours of receiving.
