All orders are shipped via USPS. A shipping notification with a tracking number is emailed automatically by PayPal when we print the shipping label. Be sure the email address on the order is correct BEFORE the order is placed, as PayPal does not give us the ability to change the email on a shipping notification. While we are not responsible for any shipping delays once the package is scanned at the post office, we can assist in filing claims on lost or delayed packages.

Production Time:

The time it takes to make, package and ship an item varies depending on the product. The production time needed for each product can be found in the description area of the product and also when the product is added to the cart. While 99% of orders are shipped out on time, if an unexpected delay occurs, please know you will be contacted immediately. If you need a faster production time, please contact us BEFORE you place your order to confirm that we can accommodate your request.

NOTE: When multiple items are purchased in the same transaction, we will ship the items together based upon the item with the farthest production timeframe.

Signature Confirmation:

As online shopping increases, so does the rate of package theft. We highly recommend adding "Signature Confirmation" to keep your order from being left unattended if you are not available at the time of delivery. "Signature Confirmation" can be added to your order at the cart level.

If "Signature Confirmation" is not added, we are not responsible in any way for replacing or refunding the order if it is lost or stolen during or after delivery. Please understand once a package has been scanned at USPS, shipping is out of our control.

We reserve the right to add "Signature Confirmation" on orders if we feel it is necessary, at no charge to the customer. Your shipping notification will let you know if we added "Signature Confirmation".
