A shipping notification and tracking number are emailed automatically by PayPal when we print the shipping label. Be sure the email address on the order is correct BEFORE the order is placed as PayPal does not give us the ability to change the email on a shipping notification.
While we are not responsible for any shipping delays once the package is scanned at the post office, we can assist in filing claims on lost or delayed packages.

Turnaround times:

All products are made-to-order and shipped via USPS Priority Mail in 1-2 weeks.
Swatches are shipped via USPS First Class Mail in 1-3 business days.
Fabric by the Yard is shipped via USPS Priority mail in 1-3 business days.
NOTE: Fabrics and swatches purchased in the same transaction as made-to-order items will ship with the made-to-order items and not beforehand.

Signature Confirmation:

ALL orders shipped in a box that doesn't fit in a standard mailbox will have Signature Confirmation added (at no cost to our customers) to keep orders more secure during shipping and to prevent your custom-made items from being left unsecured and out in the open. If you are unavailable to sign for your order at delivery, a delivery-attempt notice in the form of a postcard will be in your mail box. Your package will then be taken to your local post office and you will have 14 days to pick it up before your order is returned to us.
As online shopping increases, so does the rate of package theft. While we understand your frustration that you may need to pick up your order at the post office, your frustration level will be higher if your order is stolen off your doorstep.
Signature Confirmation can be refused, if desired. This needs to be requested in writing through email. BE AWARE, if Signature Confirmation is refused we are NOT responsible for replacing or refunding the order if it is lost or stolen during or after delivery. You will have to repurchase the order at regular price and normal turnaround times will apply.
